This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed on PRANWAVE. By using our platform and booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

PRANWAVE is a technology platform that enables users to book appointments with registered medical practitioners. We do not provide medical services directly. Consultation fees are determined by the respective doctors.

2. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

An appointment is considered confirmed only after successful payment through the integrated payment gateway and receipt of confirmation via email or SMS.

3. User-Initiated Cancellation

Users may cancel their appointments subject to the cancellation terms specified at the time of booking. Cancellation requests must be made through the platform within the allowed time window.

  • Cancellations made within the permitted period may be eligible for a refund
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
  • No-show appointments are generally non-refundable

4. Doctor-Initiated Cancellation

In case an appointment is cancelled by the doctor or healthcare provider, users will be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Refund timelines may vary depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.

  • Refund initiation: within 5–7 working days
  • Credit to account: as per bank/payment gateway timelines

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Transaction or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount as per the payment provider’s policies.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend the appointment (no-show)
  • Incorrect information provided by the user
  • Change of mind after consultation completion
  • Violation of platform terms and conditions

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of failed, duplicate, or erroneous payments, users are advised to contact our support team. Such payments will be reviewed and refunded if found valid.

9. Force Majeure

PRANWAVE shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations shall be addressed by our support team. Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks or legal proceedings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective upon posting on this page.
