• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination

4. Appointment Booking

PRANWAVE allows users to book appointments with doctors listed on the platform. Appointment availability, consultation fees, and timings are determined solely by the respective doctors.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any consultation.

5. Payments & Charges

All payments made through the platform are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. PRANWAVE does not store sensitive payment information such as card details, CVV, or UPI credentials.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Appointment cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users are advised to review the policy carefully before booking.

7. Medical Disclaimer

PRANWAVE does not provide medical advice or healthcare services. Any medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment is the sole responsibility of the registered doctor. Users should seek immediate medical attention in case of emergencies.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Impersonate any individual or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, and graphics on PRANWAVE are the intellectual property of PRANWAVE unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
